Our most popular detail service! -Foam pre-rinse & hand wash -Wheel faces, barrels, and tires cleaned -Tire shine applied -Bug and tar removal -Door jambs cleaned -Clay bar treatment to remove bonded contaminants from paint -Hand-polished to enhance gloss (light polishing or glaze, if included) -Hand-applied premium wax (choice of Zymol Wax or Hybrid SiO₂ Wax) -Exterior trim cleaned and dressed -Interior vacuum (floors, mats, seats, trunk) -Deep interior wipe-down (plastics, leather, vinyl, console, dash, door panels) -Interior glass cleaned -Exterior glass cleaned -Final touch-up and walkaround inspection Note: Hose and Electricity Must be Available.
Cancellation Policy
At Spinelli's Detail, we understand that schedules change and unexpected events happen. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients and to maintain efficient scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost. 2. No-Shows If a client fails to attend an appointment without prior notice, a 50% charge for the scheduled service will be applied to compensate for the reserved time. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment when booking future appointments. 3. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We allow a 15-minute grace period; beyond that, we may need to reschedule or modify your service to accommodate other appointments. 4. Weather & Emergency Cancellations If we must cancel due to severe weather, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies, we will reschedule your appointment at the next available time without penalty. Please contact us directly if you need to cancel due to an emergency. We will do our best to accommodate you. 5. Deposits & Prepayments (If Applicable) For certain services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. 6.
