All appointments must be confirmed by Spinelli’s Detail via phone, text, or email. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other operational needs.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, major credit or debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Quotes are based on the information provided and may be adjusted after inspection of the actual vehicle condition.

Only our Ultimate 5-Year Ceramic Coating includes a warranty backed by the manufacturer. Other services are completed to the highest standard but do not include a warranty unless explicitly stated.

Spinelli’s Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical or electrical issues, or personal belongings left inside the vehicle. We recommend removing valuables before service.

As a mobile business, customers must ensure there is safe and accessible space for us to perform our services. If we are unable to access the vehicle safely or legally, we may need to reschedule or refuse service.
